Cancellation policy

(1) Cancellations must be made in writing. 

(2) The following cancellation policy applies: 

• Up to 14 days before arrival: no charge 
  
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund 
  

(3) The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive.
